Let me take you back.
I lost my father when I was very young. Addiction took him. My mother, left alone, raised my brother and me in a small village in Tamil Nadu. She had no wealth, but she had strength—unshakable, fierce, and full of love. She became my first example of resilience.
At 16, I opened my first karate dojo—not because I had it all figured out, but because I wanted to build something of my own.
At 19, I became a nurse and started my journey of service, working across Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, and eventually Canada. Through these years, I learned more than medicine—I learned humanity.
I also failed. Many times. I tried business after business—import-export, a bakery, trading. Each time, I hit rock bottom. But each failure whispered the same truth: “You’re not done yet.”
Then came the pandemic. While the world paused, I leaped. I studied massage therapy while juggling work and raising my family. That’s when I reconnected deeply with something I had always known but never fully understood— Ayurveda.
The ancient healing I saw in my village wasn’t just tradition. It was a transformation. And it had the power to help people, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
That’s when Real Rehab was truly born.

We’re not just a wellness clinic in Mississauga.
We are a healing center where ✅ modern therapies like physiotherapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and osteopathy meet ✅ ancient Ayurvedic treatments like Abhyanga, Panchakarma, and Nasya —offered with heart, not just hands.
We’ve served over 5,000 clients, and we’re just getting started.
